Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

(1) The customer has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The model withdrawal form (see paragraph 2) can be used for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. If the customer makes use of this option, BT Webdesign will immediately send the customer (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

(3) Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not stored on a physical data carrier if BT Webdesign has begun to execute the contract after the customer:

1. expressly agreed that BT Webdesign may begin executing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

2. confirmed their awareness that BT Webdesign will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution of the contract as a result of their consent.
